The following terms and conditions are for your information. Please read them carefully before you purchase items from Vinila. Just so you know, by using this website you agree to the following terms and conditions.
DELIVERY
All Vinila items are sold in British pounds.
It is your responsibility to provide Vinila with your correct information. Please ensure that the credit/debit information you supply us is your own and that your account has enough funds to cover the cost of the purchased items and their delivery.
Vinila will not charge your account until we dispatch the goods. Items will be shipped directly from Vinila Headquaters in the UK.
Shipping charges are a flat rate of £4.95 for anything your order, except for the Vinila Cards which have a £2 shipping rate if ordered on their own. European orders are charged at £6 (£3 for orders for Vinila Cards) and the Rest of the World is charged at £12 (£5 for orders for Vinila Cards).
Vinila can take no responsibility for extra customs taxes or surcharges that your country may place on the packages. Please understand that all charges of this nature will be your responsibility and cannot be foreseen by Vinila. Really sorry.
All Vinila items will be shipped using Royal Mail postal service. Each item will be marked with its contents and valuation. We work hard to ship your items safely and securely.
RETURNS
Vinila can will only accept returns of products purchased from our site if they are in perfect and original condition and within 14 days of purchase. If the shipment sent to you is incorrect as a result a mistake that Vinila made, we will correct this mistake and cover the costs.
LIABILITY
Vinila works hard to ensure that all information we present to you is accurate and correct. But mistakes can happen, we will do our best to fix any errors as soon as we become aware of them.
Vinila reserves the right to change any of the information, photographs, prices, descriptions, that are presented to you, at any time without prior notice.
Vinila cannot accept any liability for any indirect or direct loss as a consequence of using this website or any of the products or services purchased from Vinila. Vinila can only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum of the total purchase price of any product or service sold from the Vinila website.
